The Alligator's Mouth Account Deposit

The Alligator's Mouth account holders can accumulate money, gifted from friends and family, to spend in the shop. Please select the value you would like to deposit from the options listed. If you would like to deposit an amount that is not listed, please contact us via email to arrange this. The account deposit will be added directly to the recipient's account and no physical item will be received. This amount may be spent at the recipient's convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon Checkout, you must name the recipient (Account Holder) in order to ensure the money is added to the correct account. Please follow these instructions to do so: 'Add to cart' > 'View cart' > 'Order special instructions' [this is where you must add the first name and surname of the recipient account holder] > 'Checkout'.

If you are adding money to an existing account, please provide the first name and surname of the recipient (account holder).

If you are setting up an account for a new recipient, please provide the first name and surname of the account holder. Please provide the recipient's email address and phone number, or that of a parent/guardian if more relevant. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

The Alligator's Mouth Account Deposit terms & conditions:

The Alligator’s Mouth Account Deposit may be exchanged for any product at the Alligator’s Mouth shop.

The Alligator’s Mouth Account Deposits cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

The Alligator’s Mouth Account Deposit must be spent in the shop. If you hold an account and would like to redeem the balance on our website, please arrange this directly with us via phone or email.

The Alligator’s Mouth Account Deposits may be exchanged for purchases of a higher value, on payment of the difference. If the goods being purchased are less than the value of the Alligator's Mouth Account Deposit, money will be deducted from the account and remaining balance can be spent at a later date.

There is no expiry date by when the Alligator's Mouth Account Deposit balance must be used.
